Community Action Partnership of Orange County’s (CAP OC) A Night of Hope Gala took place on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at VEA Newport Beach, welcoming community leaders and changemakers to celebrate our 60th Anniversary.
The evening began with a lively cocktail hour and silent auction before guests took their seats to enjoy the main program. There, we proudly showcased our six decades of impact, announced bold goals for the next decade of service, and celebrated alongside our broad network of supporters. The program concluded with a high-spirited “Fund-A-Need” paddle raise and surprise performance by Grammy-nominated recording artist, Aloe Blacc, who shared his personal journey and highlighted the importance of CAP OC’s mission throughout his inspiring performance.
In total, our 2025 A Night of Hope Gala raised more than $200,000 in support of our ongoing mission to end and prevent poverty in Orange County, helping to ensure we can continue to stabilize, sustain, and empower people with the resources they need when they need them.
