Fund Development Associate
Development
(One full time position available)
Position Summary
Under supervision of Director of Development, the Fund Development Associate performs a variety of skilled administrative and clerical duties directly related to development activities. Duties include donor identification, tracking, cultivation and maintaining donor relationships. Analyzes development needs and make recommendations. Perform other duties as assigned. Community Technology Partnership Coordinator

Position Summary
Under direct supervision, the Community Technology Partnership (CTP) Coordinator is primarily responsible for administrative duties in the Community Technology Partnership Program; including developing and maintaining volunteer relationships, developing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating all computers and supporting equipment donations, setting up and coordinating computer distributions with schools, agencies, and individual and developing promotional materials for the Community Technology Partnership Program. The position will develop a solicitation system and donor base for current and future computer and supporting equipment donations and other duties as assigned. Required: BA/BS degree with one (1) year or more equivalent work experience, or AA/two (2) years of college work and two (2) or more years equivalent work experience. Minimum: 3-5 years or more directly related experience, with High School diploma. *Please note position is this position is limited term until September 30, 2010. Inspector/Assessor
Department of Energy (DOE)-American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Funds

Position Summary
Under general supervision, is responsible for home assessment, Combustion Appliance Safety testing (CAS), Gas Appliance Testing (GAT), Electric Baseload Measure Testing (EBL), National Energy Audit Tool (NEAT) and inspection of all residential units served through Weatherization Contracts implemented by the Community Action Partnership of Orange County (CAPOC). Will perform all required duties as necessary to ensure that any and all weatherization work performed is according to Federal, State or other funding source code and standard. Other duties as needed and/or assigned within the Energy & Environmental Services (EES) Department. A test will be administered during the interview. Required: Some experience or education which would have applied or developed the required knowledge and abilities. Specialized field training or certification in or related to the Weatherization field a plus. Weatherization (WX) Installer I

Position Summary
Under the direction of the Field Superintendent provides the on-site overview of work being performed by the on-site Weatherization (WX) Installer II’s. Also, provides crew with training, direct application of weatherization materials to homes in the service area and other duties which are necessary for the function of the department. A test will be administered during the interview. Required: Must have two (2) years of supervisory and/or training experience and three (3) years of weatherization and/or carpentry experience. Knowledge and/or understanding of California Department of Community Services Development and So. Cal Gas Co., programs and manuals: Conventional Home Weatherization Installation Standards, Mobile Home Weatherization Standards, DAP Installation Standards for Weatherization Measures, Lead-Safe Work Practices, Uniform Building Code. Be certified by So. Cal Gas Co. and Community Services Development programs in the following: Basic Weatherization, Blower Door/Carbon Monoxide Safety. State of California contractor licensing and/or certification a plus. Weatherization (WX) Installer II

Position Summary
Under supervision of the onsite Weatherization (WX) Installer I conducts the structural assessment, diagnostics and testing and/or installation of all feasible energy efficiency weatherization measures including, appliances and required materials, in accordance with Weatherization standards as defined by federal, state of California, Community Services and Development Department (CSD), California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and local entities. A test will be administered during the interview. Required: Weatherization, building trade, inspection, appraisal or related construction experience is required. A college degree, college work or certification in one or more of these fields is desirable. Cost Accountant
Energy & Environmental Services (E&ES) Department

Position Summary
Under general supervision, the Cost Accountant oversees the accounting of the agency and funding sources specifically assigned to the Energy & Environmental Services (E&ES) Department; provide technical support to directors, managers and delegate agencies; maintains program budget, maintains accounting controls and systems; analyzes and prepares financial reports and assists in other related functions within the department. A test will be administered during the interview. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or two (2) or more years of work and/or equivalent experience, with a minimum of one (1) year in construction or weatherization accounting. Youth Program Worker

Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Youth Program Manager, assists with planning, directing, coordinating and facilitating youth activities for the Anaheim Independencia Family Resource Center. Works with children, youth and parents; a variety of partners and resources. Required :High school diploma or equivalent and some college coursework with a minimum of six (6) months experience working with adolescents and children.
